Buyer details (Name, Address, Phone, Email) are provided by the customer during checkout and are stored securely.

ARTICLE 2 – Subject of Agreement

This agreement governs the terms of sale, delivery, payment, return, and cancellation of the product(s) ordered through www.favshops.com by the buyer. The buyer acknowledges all pre-sale information (product details, total cost including taxes, delivery options, cancellation & return policy) and confirms having reviewed these before purchase.

ARTICLE 3 – Products, Pricing & Delivery

• Products ordered, their types, prices, and quantities are listed in the invoice shared post-purchase.

• Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.

• Deliveries are made to the address provided by the buyer. Any misinformation causing delivery delays is the buyer’s responsibility.

• For international deliveries, customs duties or additional taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

Important:

• Minimum order value is $2 (excluding taxes).

• Shipping fee applies to orders below 500₺.

• Delivery timelines may vary based on order volume, stock availability, or courier operations.

ARTICLE 4 – Force Majeure

Events such as natural disasters, wars, pandemics, government-imposed restrictions, or technical failures that prevent fulfillment of the agreement will be considered force majeure. In such cases, parties shall not be held liable. If the situation lasts longer than 30 days, either party may cancel the agreement.

ARTICLE 5 – Seller’s Rights & Responsibilities

• The seller undertakes to process the order as per the specifications unless prevented by force majeure.

• favshops.com cannot be held liable for:

  • System errors or price misprints.

  • Visual-product color discrepancies due to display differences.

  • Manufacturer updates or product discontinuations.

• Orders made after business hours or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

• Pricing on the site may vary due to exchange rate fluctuations; the final amount is shown in the order confirmation email.

• All product visuals and technical data are for informational purposes only and may not reflect exact stock or compatibility.

• Product stocks are confirmed only after the order is completed — adding an item to the cart does not guarantee availability.

ARTICLE 6 – Buyer’s Rights & Responsibilities

• By placing an order, the buyer agrees to all terms of sale and commits to making payment accordingly.

• Buyers under the age of 18 are not allowed to shop on the site.

• The buyer is responsible for entering accurate delivery and billing information.

• The buyer agrees not to use purchased products in violation of international trade sanctions.

• For items like the SENSECAP M1 LORAWAN GATEWAY, additional terms (ANNEX-1 Protocol) apply.

ARTICLE 7 – Order & Payment Process

• Orders are confirmed via email once the payment is approved.

• Payments can be made by:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Iyzico, Visa, Mastercard)

  • Bank Transfer (with “payment notification form” submission)

• Transfers must be completed within 1 business day, otherwise the order will be canceled.

• Buyer must ensure sender name matches the billing details and transfer description includes the order number.

• Orders for out-of-stock items may be substituted (with buyer consent) or refunded within 10 days.
